Default CF eyelids

I was looking around ebay and came upon these eyelids:

looks like it is real carbon fiber. Does anyone have this on their TC. I want to know what these would look like on a SW, without a CF hood. I have CF B-pillars, so these could look nice i think.

If you have a SW tC I think white eyelids would look best so you don't have such a derastic change in color. The B-pillars would help of course...tough call, when you do get it done I would iike to see a picture!

I saw those on ebay for awhile now, but still contemplating on getting them. I'm scared to drop 60 on them and worry about people coming by my car and strip that off. Yeah, please post pics if any of you are getting those. I wondering if it will look good with my CSM

how rigid are those eyelids? I want to get eyelids stiff enough that they can be color matched to NBM (aka paint them) and then not crack the paint during the install due to the things bending.

mine are real c/f. there pretty stiff, but they can crack.

and as for being stolen, if u use 3m double sided tape. they stick on there pretty good.

yeah you have to heat them to get them off i have been through rain snow ice heat and they have never even hinted at coming off with the 3m tape
