I am planning on getting the RS1 front lip for my BSP and I was just gonna get it painted to match the car. Well I'm also looking at getting a reverse cowl hood now. I don't know if I want to get it in CF or not.

What do you guys think? Would a CF lip and hood look good on a BSP? Or should I paint the lip and just get a CF hood? Or should I have it all painted?

If you guys have any pics that would really help out.

 

personally, im not a fan of the RS1 lip

but get the CF hood for sure.

 

I really like the RS1 front lip but don't care for the sideskirts. And I'm leaning towards a painted RS1 lip but I'm thinking a CF hood tho

 

CF looks good on black i like it alot. but so does BSP. i say go CF and ull save ur self on paint and such

 

Yeah that's like the main reason I was considering the CF lip so I didn't have to pay or hassle with paint but I think i like it painted more...I don't know

 

idk. but CF lip kit would look sick afetr awhile lol. start off with the front, then sides and rear and then a CF hatch=) that would look SICK!

I say get it painted. I got a CSM with a CF Front lip. The reason I say painted is because IMO, you can't see it well enough on a BSP. On a silver you can clearly see its CF but on BSP is blends in with the rest of the car. Also if you get the ABS kit and you scrape, You can always get it repainted. Can't repaint a CF pattern. I already have a few scratches in my CF lip and you should see how cautiously I drive. My friends make fun me for it. One of my friends says that speed bumps are my cars natural enemy.

Yeah I'm gonna get it painted. I'm just gonna do the prep work on it and have a buddy spray it for me so I can save some cash.

I'm really thinking I'm going to get a CF reverse cowl hood tho. My stock hood has got a huge chip outta it and instead of sinking money into getting it fixed I think I'm just gonna use that money towards the new hood.

 

duude dont paint it. u'll save money, have matching CF parts, and its sexy as hell. its like camo until you get closer to the car and BAM you see the' weave (catches people off guard lol). there's no such thing as too much CF either, or at least you still wont be qualified for that. i only have the hood CF but if i could match the lip kit with it i def would. if you dont paint it u can get a CF lip spoiler with that cash and have real good theme going there.

 

I think if I was gonna get the whole kit it wouldn't be too bad but idk about just getting the front lkip in CF

 

Cf for sure. Saves on paint cost and looks better
