Im getting my CF side mirrors redone today. I already have Cf side mirrors but one of them is faded in spots and doesn't look really good. The company thats doing them is 9secondracing.com . They wanted to know if anyone would be interested in these mirrors or any other parts of the tC in CF. Thinking about doing my gas cap too. Ill have some pictures when I go back and pick up the new CF side mirrors when they're done. They wanted to know if anyone still has any interest in these, because if so they'll start producing them.

 

Firmwareworx I think already makes some nice CF parts for the tC (including the mirror covers). But I don't know if anyone makes an actual replacement gas door. I know there are a couple in existence, but I don't think they're readily available or anything like that...

Depending on what. You know I got my parts from FWW like you did, fitment on the mirrors is horrible so if yr firm comes out with perfect fitment real CF then I'd be interested (possibly).

well sorry let me rephrase that. Fitment on the mirrors from old FWW was horrible, dunno about the new ones (being sold under strictly scion and another company). But a perfect fitment would be nice.

Would it be a direct replacement that snaps onto the side mirrors or completely new mirrors that have to be installed? If its a replacement for existing OEM mirror covers, then I'm all for that!

This is kind of funny because tC4italy just posted pics of her tC and I was going to ask her about her CF mirrors.

 

Im thinking its going to be a replacement of the stock mirror covers. Im going to go by there tomorrow on my lunch break to let them know about this thread.

I have FWW CF mirrors still in bag in my room cause they do not fit well at all.

Just mirrors for now, they've made a gas cap for the xb also and are thinking about doing one for the tC too. If theres enough demand for any part im sure they'll make it.
