So I want to change the headlights out just so I have something different then most people. I am leaning twards the spec headlights for the blacked out look, but the other choice for me would be the 08 projectors. But then I have to upgrade bulbs, and I might as well add a HID kit while im doing that... problem is, I do not really drive at night, so "upgrading" the lighting isnt why I'd be doing it.

I guess I am kinda leaning more twards the spec lights, what do you guys think?

 

i really had trouble looking for the head lights i think the tc spec ones would look good

lightwerkz = nice, but for $875, i would rather get something else for my car

thats the problem with all those retrofit companies, they charge an insane amount... i would pay like a max of $300 for a pair..

 

retrofits are pricey, and prices are honestly justified

i did it myself and all i basically saved on was labor

spare headlights - 130
oem hid kit/bulbs - 150
tsx projectors - 100
misc. items - 60

just that is 440!, and they include e46 shrouds which run about 100 on a good day

but anyways

if ur going to buy new headlights definitely the 08 projector

but honestly if u wanted the blacked out spec look you should DIY with some high temp paint for less then 20 bucks!
