anyone thinking of chrome coating their side mirrors? will it look nice? or painting them black?

 

Or just leave them body colored....

 

or matte coated...

 

All the owners of cars that come with black plastic mirrors loves to have body colored mirrors. Ours come like that stock. it looks awesome. Why would you want to change that?

 

just want to be different like other scion owners?

 

Go for it then bud. I personally don't think that it would look better. Prove me wrong.

 

depending on your exterior mods, it can look good. i may still end up doing this on my ride in the summer time.

besides that on my FM i like to have a silver and grey color scheme including the interior... i thought i can pull this one up with chromed side mirrors... --- see if i am reasonable...

here are photos of my FM it's kinda messed up but that's what my rims look like... it's grey with silver lip...

BTW i'm gettin a set of billet grille... and some chromed up fogs that looks like the ones on my BCP

 

I'm not offended lol. It's just not my cup of tea, that's all

 

hehe... anyways my idea is to get another set of plates of the side mirrors and chrome them if they look good i'll keep em if not i'll slap the stock back in... i'm not that stupid really hehe... i'll post pics if it looks good...

 

How are you planning on actually chroming them? Stripping off the stock color paint and then having a paint shop paint them chrome?

 

actually chrome shops does em... i'm planning to bring them here... if ever...i probably have to srip em coz they may charge me extra...

look for an audi S4, so you'll see how its going to look....it look good on an s4 but Tc....you'll be the first....i suggest you do it...
