is there a way we can change our city lights? what number is it?

 

They're a 194 bulb.

I would also recommend checking out the unofficial FAQ posted in the General tC section: http://home.cfl.rr.com/icdedppl/faq.html

To change: they're under your lowbeam bulb. Come out just the same way - twist and pull. Change bulb - put back in and twist to secure.
