I'm going to be installing mine in a few days. I'm a bit aprehensive about the baking part. Don't wanna screw up my headlights forever. After they have been in the oven for a while, are they still going to be hard and retain their exact shape? I am worried about warping or bending the plastic.

Yeah, I have the DIY ready to go. I will use the numbers from the DIY, but I am sure I will screw something up with the baking and separation part.

What would you recommend for sticking them? Is super glue sufficient? I wonder if it could be compromised by the heat and come unstuck, or if the glue could turn yellow over time. Any suggestions?

I'm finally going to do the install on Monday I think. I have to take the bumper off to install my corner vent grilles, so it would be a good time to modify the headlights too.

a dab of super glue on each corner will work fine they're held in with tension mostly so just a bit in the corner will be sufficent

Do these clear corners have a rainbow like gleam to them when sunlight hits them?

Better pics will follow when I get them put on the car.

Anyway, I think they look awesome. Definitely better than the nasty stock amber color.

Taking off the bumper can take half an hour on your first attempt, but it can take 10 minutes if you are an expert. It took me less than 10 minutes to do that part because it was my 6th or 7th time removing the bumper. Removing the headlights is another 10 minutes or less, then baking the headlights takes 15 minutes. Add another 10 minutes to separate the headlights and place the reflector, then put em back together and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Then you have to put the headlights back and put the bumper back.

All in all, I would say half an hour for removal, 30 to 45 minutes for each headlight, and half an hour to put it all back together.

Total time: 2 hours or 2 and a half hours.

To put back the headlights, you can just use the oem glue that is already there? I received my clear corners and just need to find time to do them!

Yep. Don't worry if the glue dries, you don't need to work fast. Once you have finished putting in the new corners, just push the two halves of the headlight gently back together and place the whole unit back in the over for a further 10 to 15 minutes. When you remove it from the oven again, you can just press the sides together and the glue will be soft enough to let you work with it. It takes a bit of force to press it all back together, but you need to get the tabs back in place and then you can put the screws back to secure it all.

When you open the headlights for the first time, you should not lose much sealant so it will be easy to reseal with the factory sealant.
