some quick questions..
if you stick them on, will they be flush?
and will these not be available to anyone past 50? like if we cant get them at the moment can we still ge them if we pay after the deadline?

You can get them as long as production is still going on. However, I can not guarantee that mainly because the time it would take to receive the paypal funds, transfer to my bank and then transfer to APR could be a lot longer.
