Besides, if you've ever been in a BMW, Merc, VW...you'd know how awesome it is having tinted mirrors. Even though they have electrochromatic mirrors, which automatically adjust to light

Not sure if the new design allows for pop-in, gonna have to wait for playinwithfire to answer that one. But the old ones could pop-in or stick on.

It's to eliminate the drivers side blind spots in the rear left corner. If your mirror is adjusted properly on the passenger side, you wont need the passenger side to be convex. With the way we are positioned in the drivers seat, there are tons of blind spots when trying to look over your shoulder.
