Default Comparison of two types of 3M tint?

I'm considering getting my tC's windows tinted. There is a place near me that my brother in law got his Celica tinted at, and they did a good job. I was just looking at their website, and they use 3M tint- I'm wondering how these two types that they carry compare in durability, heat blockage, and price:

Basically, the first is non-metallized, and the second one is. Does anyone know how these two would compare? I'm sure the tinters could tell me, but I'd like to walk in there with a little bit of foreknowledge if possible.

Whatever you decide on, make sure that the film contains carbon. I'm not a tint expert but my my guy told the carbon prevents the tint from fading. Also, the carbon tint is the only tint he will give a lifetime warranty on... so that tells you something right there.

Both of those are guaranteed against fading according to 3m's website... the place near me also uses another type of 3m tint that isn't (I'm definitely not going to use that...sounds like the stuff that turns purple.)

I'm going to try to get a quote today, and I'll see where it goes from there.

3M is the best, if you get it make sure you see small litte 3M logos in your tint or you will be paying for the 3M price w/ generic tint that will fade and bubble
