Ok lately it seems like a lot of the tC's on here kinda resemble each other and seem kinda cookie cutter. Not really standing out from the crowd or being unique. So this thread is for all the tC's that seem to be the same as someone else's. Post up photos of ur ride and as many other rides as u can that look exactly like ur's or really close to it. See who can find the most cars that look like their's.

Maybe even post a car that looks like ur's but explain what is different.

it is true there are a lot of tC's that look like another on here. Just wanna see who admits it.

 

you could just ask for those still rockin' stock... sure there's plenty of those

along with a few pandas, black on blacks...

 

when I get my NIA kit, it will look familiar with someone elses in FL with the same type of wheels. I will post mine and his as soon as mine arrives and gets installed lol.. It gets every expensive to have something bespoke or one of.

 

yeah i already know a few. the idea actually came from a couple cars in the post a photo of ur tc with a background thread.

i just figured it would be something different to post on. once u see how many cars are cookie cutter, than u feel a lot better bout ur car once it actually stands out.

ha ha nah that's not it. but that's a good example of how people follow a fad. and it ends up becoming cookie cutter. that's why i did my pinstripe on my headlights and not just down the side of my car.

 

why are you so protective of the pin stripe on the headlights though?

how are you seriously going to stop anyone from doing that? and why can't they? you don't own the look or anything...

i'm not protective. just trying to be unique and i can't be unique if some one else does it. then i would be cookie cutter and have to post my car in this thread. ha ha get it now?

 

So...what makes your car that much different from everyone else's? If the only thing original about your car is a red line going around it, I suggest locking this thread and moving on.

 

ha ha my car is unique for a lot of reasons. heck if u can find another car that looks exactly like mine or close to it, post it up with a picture of mine and a picture of their's. i wouldn't take offense to it. this is just a thread for fun that started as a joke.

 

That's not what I was getting at, every ones car is unique, there is not a single 'exact' copy of two cars. No one sees one car, goes down the entire mod list, and buys everything.

What I was getting at, is that you're not a pioneer of a new trend. You see things, like them and get them. You have a hood plenty of people have, a lip kit that thousands have, the most common DVD Nav on the market. So tell me what's so unique about these things? You fail for thinking you're better than everyone else. Because if that's the case, then I guess I'm unique too because I'm the only person in the world who has an 08 SW 5-spd w/5000K HIDs, PTuning exhaust, TT Simple kit, and RS1.0 rims.

Wait, so does this mean my hood is unique too, since it isn't styled after anyone else, with a very distinctly located rock chip and a dent in the front?

Every tC kinda resembles another. Until you have a car like Nick, Tina, MrC, etc, you belong in this thread.

This is an interesting idea and I would like to see what people post. I knew from the moment I opened this thread that it was going to get nowhere fast. Everybody has to put up their opinion on something and bash somebody else. If you don't like the idea, stay out of the topic.

Yea, I figured it would go down hill fast. People take this ish way to seriously. I could care less if my car looks like somebody else's. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

 

cause some people haven't looked at other rides for inspiration. like the cars that Will posted. it just so happenned that that guy's car looks like Will and had no idea bout Will's car. i still remember seeing him talk bout it and people telling him bout Will's car. just chill out and post photos if ya got em. ha ha
