Default Cosmetic help

I just got my car and I some how managed to chip literally a small area of my paint off, I've asked around and they told me to touch it up myself but I think that's tacky and I really want it professionally done. Has anyone else had this problem already? If so, where did you take it? Did you call your insurance? Did you take it back to the dealer? I'm not sure as to how I want to fix this, obviously saving as much money as I can would be great.

Help.

Ya i was driving on the freeway and a big rock dent the side of my car showing off the metal part on the right side fender. I just ordered some touchup paint. Its better than having to spend $200 to pop out the dent, and repaint the whole thing. My dent is still there, but barely showing unless you look at it up close.
