Default Cracked fog light lens!

I'm exploring my options for fixing/replacing my right fog light lens. It is cracked with a gaping hole. I am looking at just scrapping the whole fog light thing and installing a new grill (top and bottom) in a gloss black finish to match the bsp.

I'd like to keep the fogs if it is salvageable. Any ideas?

If a new unit is my only option, I'm just getting the new grill. Will there be a mess of wires if I do this?

there won't be a mess of wires.

but replacement would be the only option if you want to keep them.

yep... at about $130 bucks for the one light (at mcgeorges)... the list from toyota is somewhere around $100, most dealers mark them up to about $180 and try to tell you they "cant get just one and have to break up a set", which is 100% bs. I went through all of this TWICE with toyota and scion customer care. The dealers are ripping you off. So either go with McGeorges, find one in salvage (also hard to do) or just get a set of grilles (Figure LLC would work, see my pics in my sig) for the non fog light option. The wiring harness will just lay on the splash gaurd with no issue, you can wire tie it to something.

What about the halo fogs? Those will wire up the same presumably. I dig the blue tint as well.

I'll probably just replace the unit on the right side and put halogen bulbs in.

Thanks guys,

^^ pretty good markup for them huh? It is a ripoff. Half the cost of the entire kit for only one part of it
