if anyone has gone the "Hope Depot" way and made their own custom tC grille using gutter-guard or the like, can you either post here and tell me of your experience (cost, ease of install, etc.) or PM me. thanks a bunch, i'm considering doing it in the very near future

my paint keeps chipping also. Every 2-3 months I cut the zip ties, take the grill out, and give it another coat or two of black paint. Even doing this like 3 times so far, i've only used 1/4 can of the black spray paint i bought originally.
having the grill powdercoated should hold up better, but that costs money
