It's been a while.
I'm not putting out a DIY on my wiring setup. I think it's too complexed to describe here. However, if you're able to read wiring diagrams, I'll give you my wiring blueprints.

Does the fog light come with the relay. if not where did u get it. and for how much. and is there anything else u need for this besides the actaull light

 

The relays don't come with the kit. You'll need 4 relays; 2 for the fogs and 2 for the light rings. Supplies are available at Walmart, Radio Shack, and Home Depot.

Needed supplies are:
