That would be a nice "fix-it" ticket to take care of. Looks nice though.

Elegancexb,
I think that lights are pretty sick. Like everyone said blue is asking to get pulled over but I think I will try to do it in red. You wrote 20" led strip, is that 20 leds or is that 20 inches long. I tried looking for 20 inch led strip but I only find 12 inch strips with 20 leds? Do you find anything tricking about swapping the original lights with the new leds?

i can do those for 75.00 in red. its actually 20" wide not led but i think it should have at least one for each inch..........

anyone can do it lights will run you for 40.00 in parts probably 45.00 but it just takes time.....about the wiring is just taping wires together but some people prefer professional install..........

nothing tricking but just breaking stuff apart which is fun..LOL
plus you want to be original about it......

elegancexb,
Can you give a list of all the things that are needed and where to get them? Also some detail to the install. I need to setup a project for next week end. Thanks

I just completed this mod with red led strips, instead of removing the original light i cut the strips to fit on each side of the original. I removed the lens by grabbing the end of the strip with pliers and gently twist them to break the seal, then got a thin flathead screw driver and continued down the strip.
