They're covered in Swarovski crystals and they glitter in the sun so so much. It's just hard to get a good picture of them, but they're so pretty in person.

Blang blaaang!

flat black for the emblem itself and I did the white letters with a "super white" paint pen. Then I hit it with 4 coats of clear. The badges come off pretty easily. The only thing holding them on is double sided tape. I just sprayed adhesive remover on and they were peeled off pretty easily. Then buy some 3M double sided tape to restick the emblems back on. If you don't have access to strong adhesive remover, I've heard fishing line and a blow-dryer will work fine.

Just be prepared the repaint the front emblem annually. Mine looks like crap right now from chips I got while driving on the highway.

Also, I would avoid using the paint pen unless you've got a steady hand. I suggest taping the emblem after the flat black dries and use and xacto knife to cut the letters out. Then just spray the whole thing with white(or silver in your case).

Surprisingly they hold up. The special glue they use is super-duper strong and I'm yet to have a problem.. knock on wood lol

I want to put a yin yang symbol on my tC to replace the Scion emblem. Can't find an oval yin yang though. It will tie into my black/white theme.

Yeah, because if you don't the paint will begin to chip off after a little while.

Nice touch...I like the carbon panel on flint...just barely catches your eye if you're paying attention.
