It looks way too much like the wing on my old Civic.
But if you think it looks good, go for it!

Who cares if it looks like another car. U R a stuck up use to be TC owner for makin' that comment. I think this style spoiler will never get outdated and not only Honda puts this style spoiler on their products.

I know my spoiler has another brake light, but hey, noone has rearended me so i guess that extra brake light is doing its job!
Who makes your spoiler and how much?

stuck up used to be tC owner? i'll let you know that i love the tC, just because i traded it in for a box, doesnt mean im a hater. i just dont want to see the downfall of the tC (yes its actually spelled like that..not TC) and it turn into the next "rice" burning piece of sheit....

not only honda huh...who else puts it on? acura....oh wait thats just a honda with an acura badge on it...

Hey dude, I don't mind that you traded your tc for a box. It's just the bashing comments about other car manufacter you have made. It kinda gives Scion owners a bad reputation with comments like that. Especially when the Scion idea is about personalization. Even if one wants to rice out their scion or wants some styling aspects from another car manufacture, I think it's unique and that's OK.

Anyway, I've seen this style spoiler on Subaru SVX and Legacy, Acura TSX and TL, Mazda RX-8, base line Dodge neons, and back in the day around the 80's, they were on BMW M3. The spoiler style contours originated from the Ferrari F40 and evolved to a modern smooth classy look. So I wouldn't generalize this style spoiler to only Honda.

the downfall of the tC came with ricers on here agreed that body kits were a good idea. Now you see an orange tC with these shark fins on the back, wide appraisal of god awful looking spoilers, and the _____fied minds of many on here saying it's not right to voice your opinion of not liking their rice. There's a 17 yr old in one of these threads that is just getting his car and is immeadiately asking for vertical doors. The tC has been the new civic for the longest time thanks to many on here.

What does a tC being the next civic mean? That it's popular and people want to mod it? Heaven forbid...

I agree.

God forbid if anyone wants to make their car more unique and personalized how the OWNER of the car wants. I'm not modding my car to please someone else, and I doubt anyone else here is. To do so would be futile.

If someone doesn't agree with what someone else does with their car then fine. To each their own, right? To put people down is just not cool.

So who cares if someone doesn't personalize their car to your "standards". If everyone modded their car just like yours, it wouldn't be personalized then, and it most definitely won't win car shows, which a lot of the members here participate in.

If you don't like it here on ScionLife, then maybe you should find somewhere else to troll. If you don't like "what Scions are becoming", at least according to you, then maybe you should get something like the Ford Taurus. I don't see anyone ricing them out. I also don't see anyone really personalizing them.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And back to topic:

I think the wing flows better on the tC than it does on a lot of other cars, esp the view directly from the rear. At least the person interested in this type of wing has more sense than to put an aluminum wing on, lol. I've seen a lot worse wings out there, as I'm sure everyone else here has too.

Also, the wing is not just common to the Civic seeing as the '00 Galant I used to have had a similar style wing.

Being 100% honest, Civic was the first thing that came to my mind.
