How do i take out off the embelem ? I am installing a grill and i need to take off my front embelem how do i do so?

 

the front emblem as in the one on the top grill between the headlights? i've heard floss or fishing line works well..just drag it behind it...heat it up with a hair dyer first for an easier time taking it off.

I just reached around from the inside and popped it out-emblem and base.

 

front emblem pops out... just pop ur hood u'll see how its connected pinch together and it should come right off now rear emblems get u a hair dryer heat it up get some dental flose and use it as a cutting tool to cut the adhesive, then use bug and tar remover to get the adheasive off.. then i suggest a wash and wax

 

wait what kind of car are we talking about here? a tC guy asking the xB/xA guys how to tak eoff the front emblem..im confused.

The front one just pulls off; no fishing lines, floss, etc... required.

Rear tC logo needs to be heated and pulled off; floss helps.

Rear Scion logo needs to be pried off, very carefully. A little heat will always help loosen up the adhesive.
