Ok so i have some ddm 8000k 55w in my lows. I currently have nokyas yellow in my fogs but i want to put hids in. If i got a VVME or different brand that was still 8000k 55w would the colors be the exact same?

 

Bulbs color shift over time especially with cheaper PnP kits. There's also variation between what manufacturers agree on as being 8k (or any other temp). So no, there isn't a guarantee they'll be exactly the same.

 

i ran HIDExtra 6000k in my car for a long time...when one died i went with DDM Tuning 6000k since it was cheaper. i had to switch back to HIDExtra bc the DDM 6k looked almost to be 8 or 10k when compared to hidextra. too blue for me. so to answer your question...no they probably wont be the same
