I took some pictures last night of the lip on a friends car. The pictures are not the best because they were taken on a blackberry and I didn't know how to use the flash.



As per the guy that said get the original…………….. I had the original and it was good to a point where everyone and there grandmother got it. After that I got the NIA kit, and let me tell you something on this. The kit is awesome, but very hard to maintain because of fiberglass and it it’s a 50/50 chance of a body shop painting it correctly because it does need work.

So to change it up again to something different and a little more durable im going for this one.

not yelling, is that in the engineering world of autocad, we all type with caps- everytime, no such thing as lower case.

 

here in scionlife its consider yelling, jus how the rules state. idk bro i like the lip but I think color matched would look sicker

 

keeping it unpainted makes it look unfinished.
like when i see cars with a green front bumper and a white rear with black side skirts.....

paint will look goof and finished, but when you have a black and bcp theme it matches, black hood, black truck, black spoiler, and then the the color of the car, and the seperations, which is the lip kit, will be black entirely. will match pretty good, IMO

 

that would look horrible imo. it wouldl ook like you got in a front and rear accident and couldnt afford to have the trunk hood and lip painted lol.

 

agree its different if u paint the lip black but that clearly looks like primer black

 

I know what my car would look like once its done, u guys will see it by May, and then you can tell ,me your opinions, as per the previous comments about leaving it unpainted. Well lets say that , it’s the way I like it, all its going to pay is a 2-3 hands of clear to make it shinny, other than that nothing else is going to be done, I have gone through 3 lips, having them painted, and everytime there is damage I have to repaint, and repaint, and repaint, seriously I am tired of chucking money out of wallet for this hobby, so, I am going to take another approarch and leave it black with the black and red theme.

 

now that isn't a bad idea. leave it as is and clear coat it to make it shine. that's good.

that car is freeken sweetness. i like the painjob graffiti looken. looks like greddy piping
