So these are my plans for the engine bay hopefully to be done over thanksgiving break.

1.Carbon Fiber short ram intake w/ blue filter (done)

2.Paint engine cover, fuse box, and any other removable plastic mystichrome.

3.Paint header heat shield gloss black.

4. Run blue wire loom over most of the engine wire components.

5. Blue ground wire kit

6. white LEDs strips under and behind the engine

so those are my plans just thought I would share and comments or suggestions are gladly welcome, just no "I think it is a stupid Idea" with no explanations please.

 

As long as you know up front that the intake will get you almost nothing, and the ground wire kit will get you absolutely nothing then it sounds cool. If you just want them both for sound and looks, then that is cool. I will probably dress mine up a bit at some point, but I will go with red loom and accents since I have an IIP with blue/red dash layout already. But the blue should look nice on the azure car.

 

NIce i did my engine all up also. I love the way it all "pops" now.

 

Oh yeah the CAI has been in since a week after I got the car, it made the car sound a lot better and I got some throttle response, and the ground wires were 3 bucks so they are for look and so I stop shocking myself getting out of the car lol. But I am excited about it since I am hoping it will come out eye catching and not all cluttered.
