last night, Went to AutoZone, and got me some nice shiny Black spray paint, some Sand paper and some auto Epoxy stuff.

i pulled the logo off, Sanded it down, and gave it a good 4 coats of black Paint. looks Really nice!

the Epoxy i got says it can be used on car's,Plastic, rubber n stuff like that, do u think its ok to use that to stick the logo back on with?

i was going to do it today, Buts its rainy n ____ty here right now in NY..

will Epoxy work?

 

red 3m double side tape works wonders. just trim to size. the original tape looks like 3m too...

 

Yeah at has been rainy all day. I like it. Now my car is all clean! Haha. It's been 20-30F in my part of NY for sooo long, and my outside pipes are still frozen.

And I'm tired of going to the Fire Station every week to wash my tC.

 

the double sided has the foam stuff right?

 

yeah. looks foamy but it is what they use in the bodyshops for all emblems. they sell it at wallmart in the automotive dept.

Do not use epoxy to place it on the car. You will regret it in the long run. I agree that you should use some double-sided tape. So if you do make a mistake at least you will just be ripping tape off of your car, and not all of its paint!
