Every Single Window Scratched
So I am apparently having a bad month with my car.
Last week when I was in WalMart someone tore part of my front bumper, since I'm 17 and had not witnesses I decided I'd eat it because my insurance would skyrocket without a witness to say I didn't crash into a pole or something...
Today... I come out and someone has taken a knife or other sharp object and put nice slices into every single one of my windows, sunroof, and even some of the weather stripping. They're not super deep, but they're there, and the driver's side window needs to be worked on fast, the multiple cuts into it screw up my vision.
I've submitted the claim with insurance because if this has to be replaced... well it's gonna be a lot for every single glass pane on the car. I'm checking for security tapes of the WalMart parking lot tomorrow, but... in the meantime.
Do I just go ahead and start planning to have all the glass replaced? I've never had to think about glass work before, body work, yeah I get the concept. But can anyone give me any insight into whether or not you can even do repair work on windows besides filling in rock chips?
Thanks in advance everybody.

I figured as much. It's always nice to get some outside advice from the people who won't be making several thousand if I do have to replace all of the windows.
I'm gonna see what I can do about pictures tomorrow.

I got a look at surveillance footage, some van... they blocked a view of the person and can't read the plates. I claimed and reported it, but right now I'm number 3014 on the accident list, they said it could be late March before someone was out to look at it, from the police dept.
It's been a pretty bad winter. I'll have to give them that. But yeah, with it being drivable and no injuries, I'm surprised they even gave me a number. So goes life anyway...
im thinking i saw a add on tv for some stuff that will take scratches out of glass and make it look new. But i think there is a better solution out there for repairing the glass rather then total replacement
