anyone paint the evo mod on the front bumper of ther car?

People do it with vinyl so that it's not permanent, which is a much better option imho.

 

u better make sure you reeeeeeeeeeeeealy like it before you paint it on there

 

i did it wit paint n ____ed up my bumper it jus keepss chipping...where can i get the vinal for it?

Hey Buddy, don't try and get around the filter by misspelling curse words. Also, write in English so people can read it.

As for your bumper, did you properly prep the bumper before painting it? You can get vinyl cut almost anywhere. Go to a sign shop.

make sure u paint it right like SANDING!! this will cause it not to chip, give the paint something to grab. i used 400 grit i think, then used a product call bulldog then paint then clear mix with flat. tried vinal before and was a pain in the butt so i ripped off the bumper and started taping things off

 

dude you just spray painted your bumper with paint and expected it to work?

a lot of people never even knew i had it done till i pointed it out because the black on black. did it to get rid of a lot of rock chips and holes

 

lol he actually thought it would work with just spray painting on top of the clear coat.

you cleareddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd it thats cool, but it didnt work. They make vinyl for this mod, should have looked into that first

Where do i get the bull dog stuff, and should I sand it until i get to the original primer?

 

from a professional paint store that painted signs but if i were u i would go vinyl

 

just buy vinyl.
it will probably end up costing you less in the long run, it easier to install, and can be taken off whenever

 

yeah u can get it less then 20 bucks unlike paint, clear, and bulldog which will be over 100. bulldog is not cheap. i was luckly i had some really good connections and got everything free and was paint professonly, so yeah stick with vinyl
