Thats a nice kit. But if I were going to kit my tC (I'm going sleeper) I would get the touring kit and the kaminari Hood.

Well you gotta figure in installation and paint also, but it seems pretty reasonable.

I said "But if I were" as in I am not because I am going sleeper. But if i were going to add a kit. I'd do the touring kit with the kamnari hood.

TougetC You are one silly little man. What input did you put into this thread that aided anyone? What you said about body kits is true. and everyone knows that you get what you pay for. So what is your opinion on putting on that body kit? Geez at least try to read and put input into a thread you post in.

I'd get the body kit from the dealer, it is the nicest in my opinion. Not gawdy, and fits the car a lot better.

Agreed. It is not gaudy and though it appears expensive, from what I've read about other kits total cost, it may actually be slightly less so. It's the one I'm considering at the moment and it also seems as though the body kit market is still somewhat in its infancy, so you may want to consider holding off if you can until something really first rate comes out.

But my personal preference has always been somewhat understated. I'd prefer classy and clean any day over the alternative.

Have half the people on this thread even seen the Kaminari kit? It's not cheap, looks pretty clean and actually gives the tC a nice profile. Other than the wing, the kit is nice not full of vents, mesh and obscene designs that quite a few kits I've seen for the tC have. And if he has an oppurtunity to get the Aero package (front, sides and back) for $600, that's a good deal (almost too good) especially since the kit retails for $1400(w/o paint), I'd say go for it.

I think that's a gorgeuous kit, second only to the APR widebody kit for the Celica (2000). It almost looks factory; if Toyota were turning Mitsubishi Evo-type (already fixed up) cars out of the factory.

If you can afford to do it, go for it!

How would you like to make that kit only cost you $400? I will buy your stock flint mica front bumper off you for $200 some idiot crashed into my car at school yesterday and then took off. I live in mass and am willing to come pick the bumper up. Let me know.

Where did you find it for $600?? The Kaminari kit is the ONLY one I can even stand. I'd consider that, but the carbon fiber reverse cowl hood first.

In my opinion I think that the Kaminari Kit looks like crap. It is ugly as hell. If you get a kit get that Carbon Fiber Wide Body Kit. Carbon Fiber is pimp status.

I love th kaminari kit. and the price is the best I've seen. My only thing is i'd like a slightly larger front lower scoop.
However, I think the tC stock looks really good and I dont' think it's worth it for fiberglass. If that kit was in PolyEurathane, deffinately.
