Default First photoshoot RS2TC

I have never owned a digital camera until yesterday. This is the first pictures I have taken with them. I know they are not professional or anything, but I thought they came out pretty good for my first time. Give me some constructive critsism so that next time, they will come out better!

It was an older Kodak. My am going to return it and get a cannon, I've heard better reviews from them.

the borders add a nice touch to the pictures, but the 2nd picture has a different colored one. keep sets uniform.

for the grass pictures, the blades that are close up and out of focus are more distracting than anything else. Try to avoid that.

clean your ac line. its dirty in teh 2nd picture ;) good use of depth of field in this picture though. the engine bay in focus with the background blurred adds nice emphasis to the mechanical bits. try to do the same thing with the grass pictures.

other than that, nice rs!

Wow! Those are some impressive pictures for an old Kodak. That's what I have and my pics have never come out that good.

Good pics, but I do have one suggestion (some may flame me for this, but I'm ready )

Get it out of the grass. Granted, the focus effects do look cool, but really it gives the wrong "message" to the picture since you have a RS2/tC, and those belong on the road. Putting it on the grass makes it appear like something that doesn't seem true to the spirit of the RS2

For example, grass might work for something like a VW Beetle, a hybrid car, or some offroad SUV or such

that's just IMO, though, keep up the good work! I still have yet to take pics of my car... still looking for a good spot :D

You bring your car down to Florida during hurricane season with a CAI and see how long it will last. Then tell me "CAI FTW"
