Default Flat Black tC?

I just started out modding my car, but I was thinking....for my final mod (in a couple of years)...I might just go Rob&Big style and get my car painted a Flat Black. I currently have the Black Sand Pearl tC....What do you guys think?

Hmmm it sounds like fun, but w/e ppl say, at the end it is your car and u should do w/e u want with it. I really like the orange TCs but it is getting a little played out. Flat black does sound pretty nice...

who cares if it's been done, if you like it and want to do it, do it.

i hate it when people say to be different just because something has been done before, it's your car, your money, your time, your enjoyment, do whatever you want with it, if somebody felt the same way, great, otherwise, who cares, it's about you, not them.

Ok, fine. But be forewarned though that a good flat paint job costs $6000+ and maintaining it will be a _____. The only reason I said not to do it is because would you rather be known as the nth guy who did flat black or the first guy to do a different and unique paint?

spray bombing a car can be fun since you can always paint over it if you mess up. try experimenting with different spray brands (Krylon, Duplicolor, Rustoleum, etc) and different finishes (flat, satin, gritty, etc). outdoor and indoor paints will give different textures too. i recommend using a "fat cap" (google it) which allows a more evenly distributed spray coat. you can use high grit sandpaper or a fine steel wool pad to smooth down the texture.

yea, paint jobs are expensive. i know its gonna be a while before i paint it, so i have some time to save up. i also have an uncle who does paint for cars, so i'll see if he can hook it up. lol, its funny cause i have a lot of uncles that do random stuff, so i usually get stuff like that for cheap or free, like my spoiler install for free, engine maintained for free, etc.
