no offense TongMan, but that owner of this car has REALLY bad taste, hes ruined his rs1. Sounds like you are on the fast track to destroying the rs2. Take a good look at your car, its the best color to come out of Scions factory, why do you want to ruin it? Look at the overwhelming negativity towards your idea, has that not made you see that your vision for your car might be ugly?

That RS1 just looks like the owner was too cheap to get the parts painted.

The grill, i wouldnt say is ugly, i had the same opinion as you at first, it grows on you after a while and matches the look of the car...bottom line is that its different and its one other thing that sets my car apart from the 5,000 other tc's (like yours for example) i see on a daily basis but still keeps a factory look.

And theres one thing that my car has that completely puts what your car has to shame and that is........the interior. I sat in a BSP TC and felt like i was in a economy rental car, you sit in a rs2 and its a whole other driving experiance.

Wrap one of Old Navy's performance fleeces around the seat of your economy rental car, and voila! it'll automatically change your whole driving experience.

yeah i was gonna say that the interior is

A) Not all that hott
B) Not all that different - Just some colored pieces. No racing inspired seats, no race inspired wheel, no navi system, no upgraded roof options, no leather...

 

I thought Alcantara was race-inspired? But anyways the RS2.0 makes me feel better than if I were to just have another odrinary tC. The limited stock makes me feel special, and the additional features are well worth the price. The color is awesome! The Interior is better than stock and that's all that matters.

HEY STUPID....all i said was that the color sucked a$$, the grille sucked a$$ which you happen to agree with me in.....and c'mon lets be serious the only thing that sets the rs2 rims apart from the stock 17" that we all come with is the white'ish finish......the interior is probably the only + of the car and the fact that it has its little limited edition plaque that all you rs owners are wayyyyy too proud of......IMO the rs1 gives the rs2 three and four kicks in the a$$....i feel like scion juss went backwards.....why go from 18" gunmetal to 17" satin......from a nice black grille that everyone else wishes they had on their car to a stupid silver grill which looks like i can make it myself to.......yeah biggggg difference u feel when u sit in a BSP, SW, IIP then u go to an rs2.....woooohooooo u upgraded so much......lets be real....and no 99% of the people will not disagree with me as no one has come to your defense yet.....and already a couple of people agree with my statement.........bottom line rs2 color, grille and rims are ugly.....kindda remind me of an old dodge neon......once again no disrespect to RS2 owners i stated my opinion and i think it should be respected.....
