front:
1. Pre-load collar- just tighten this until its snug
2. Pre-load locking collar- tighten this against the pre-load collar to keep it from loosening itself
3. Sway bar mount and locking collars- adjust this to get the sway bar in the right place, then lock down with the collars against eachother.
4. is a locking collar for heighth adjustment.
Between 4&5. Heighth adjustment- this will be what will adjust the heighth
5. locking collar for heighth. tighten 5&4 against each other
Rear...

Rear..
1. Pre-load- same as front
2. Heighth locking collar- tighten against the bottom piece
3. pre-load locking collar- same as front
now that bottom piece is what will adjust the rear heighth.
And you can remove #2 to make the rears lower.

ok i have been messing with 1 and 2. I need to mess with 4 and 5 on the front. What do i then. Turn it which direction? I still have to tighten 1 and 2 so that the spring doesnt move.
Also do i have to take it out or can i do this with the coil on the car?
For the rear, when i wanted to raise it and lower it i turned the top and held the bottom steady and it seemed to work. was that wrong?
Sorry for the noobish questions, i bought them used with no directions haha

For the rear you have to spin the big part on the bottom and once again remove the bolts
what is "the big part" for the rear? still kinda confused.
for the front i will take off those two bolts, loosen it up and twist it up to lower the car and twist it down to raise?
