If I plan on putting fog lights in the holes on the lower bumper, what's the best way to access the area behind the bumper? Do I need to remove the bumper or is it possible to reach through the engine bay or up underneath somehow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

i have the vrd fogs on my car and i just reached it by jacking up the car taking off the front wheel and bending back the splash guard, that gives u plenty of room to work in

 

Yeap thats how they did it with my fogs. except they didnt take the tire off. BUT make sure BEFORE you install the fogs that they fit in the holes. i took mine in and they didnt fit so they cut the hole wider. You cant tell and they do look better but just knowing that they hurt her hurt me.

 

I had a quick question on this topic, do those vent inserts just pop out? or are they attached to something?

 

they just pop out.

i removed my bumper to install my fogs. ALOT easier to run wires and mount the fogs themselves when you can easily access the area behind the vents without having to put your arm in weird psoitions.
