Default fog light options

hey guys just got my profile straightened out and this will be my first post (yay). Ive been considering fog lights for my R.S 1.0. however, i am NOT a fan of the vrd ones that slide into the very cool and aggresive slits on our lower bumpers. And as everyone knows, there is no way am i touching my grill as it is super sweet So with that said i started to consider mounting lights behind the grill. ya know late 60s camaro style. I dont think the function of the lights would be there but i thought it would look sick. Also, should i put the lights paried together like on a shelby mustang or spread apart? I could even go so far as a whole light row running across the grill. Call it primitive but i have a need to turn night into day lol. Any opinons would be much appreciated. thanks guys

H. I. D.

I like where you're thinking is....but just save the money and get a good set of HID's
You will be much happier in the end.

^ i think its a law in all states you can only have 2 sets of lights running while driving... so what would be the point of 4? somebody chime in.

HIS's thats the way to go... dont even think about fog lights. for me i had the stock set and a month after i got the car a rock hit it and broke one, paid a grip to replace it, then two weeks later a rock broke the other one. so i got the dual halo fog lights from ebay (sick by the way) a month after the install a rock broke one of those. thats when i finally gave up on the whole fog light thing. just get HID's, if you already have them then your good. putting the fog light behind would kinda be point-less for the light will not be as bright due to the grille. think about it

i would figure if u have he throws on 4 fog lights, it would count as one set, notice its a "set" of lights, not a pair lol... thats just my thoughts, loop hole maybe

I am thinking about writing a DIY... I'm not quite done with them yet though. I have some big things planned...a little teaser; it involves a $3 part from eBay, needs to be built/soldered, and if you have epilepsy you might not want to look....

and I believe I have jacked this thread, so I apologize, but if ur interested in getting some led fog lights built for u let me know ;) I can do any colors that are available generally and in any pattern. Mine are 5 rows of 5, so a total of 50 led's.
