Default Fog light problem

Okay so I just bought some VRD fogs and it already has the harness mod so they run without the headlights on. However the fog lights will not turn on! The switch has power. The relay is clicking. And the wires are connected right. Where is the fog light fuse? Also, the green/grey wires should be spliced together correct? Thanks in advance!

I've searched for hours with no help.

Could be under the dash or under the hood. Now would be the time to get our your manual if you have it.

^^ Thats what I thought too. I checked it though and it already has a fuse in it and its still good. I am completely stumped at what this could be.

Does it have the correct amp fuse? I saw a thread about someone who had put a 25A in but apparently it only takes a 10A and worked after switching.

Make sure your high beams are not on - fogs only work when low beams are on. I went through the same thing before, didn't realize I left the high beams on when I shut the car off the night before.

Sure they're properly grounded?

Its grounded on on the same ground the headlight uses. But its between the washer and nut that my CAI uses as a mount. Would that be a problem? Should I use a ground directly to the frame?

Simple enough to check - do you have a test light? Attach the lead on the test light to the bolt you're using as the ground, and touch the light probe to the + terminal on the battery. If it's a good ground, you'll have a light - if it's not, you won't.
