i was in auto zone the other day, and i saw some nice cheap foglights from pilot and decided what the hell. they were only 20 bucks. when i got home i couldnt figure out a nice clean way to mount them to the outer air dam things what ever you call them. but then i got an idea. what i did was dremel out the air dams so that the fog sat in it perfect. they came with a switch, but i wired it to my low beams, that way when i turn on my headlights, they come on automatically

They look good turned on... But, yeah, the blue lenses don't look good when the lights are off. You should smoke 'em.

how hard is it to install fog lights? a few hours?

 

I'll ditto everyone else - not digging the blue. I would have one other concern though: being set so far back into the opening, how much light are they really putting on the road? It looks like a lot of it is being cut off the by opening itself.

 

watch out if a cop wants to be an ___ he can give you a ticket for having fog lights on when its not foggy. i got a warning for it. and my friend got a ticket.

 

I agree with ack154. The lights are pushed too far back. I want to put foggs it those same spots but not if al its gonna do is illuminate the air wells. I plan on getting projector foggs, maybe this will make a difference.

 

the wells do cut off some of the light, but it only cuts it way close to the car, so when your driving you cant even see where its cut off. how would i go about smoking them? ill try to get some pics of them at night, so you can see where its lighting up
