Where the hell were you parked that they had time to do that?! That's not the easiest piece to get off of the car. There are clips that you need to get behind the bumper to remove.

 

My friend had the sideskirts (and i think either the front or the rear) lip stolen off of his RSX Type S at a meet or something. He hasnt the slightest idea how they did it either but they did lol.
