i use to tint that is normal because of the bumps but it should get better when the water dries out i would say use a credit card or you dl and try to push them out after a day or 2

Normal.
How is that "ricey"? There's nothing "rice" about being able to see in the early morning or late evening.

They're gonna be there even if the redo it. The only way for that to not happen is if the little dots aren't there when they tint it.

Maybe this wouldn't happen with spray-on tinit? I normally don't like it compared to film, but in this application it might resolve the 'dots' issue.

no mexicans have half the windshiled tinted and a 1/4 of the way up.

Its not ricey at all. Looks good IMO.

You mean on the outside? If you're going to try that you'll need some vinyl like Bluebat's or Rockblocker/Headlight armor. Tint won't hold up against the elements, that's why they put it on the inside.

its impossible to make tint stick to the dot matrix on a window, if u have ur back sides tinted ull c they are the same way around the outside, only thing u could maybe try is to cut the tint out where the dots are, but that may look odd.

like he said (^) i had mines done with vinyl on the outside n its awsome. if i had pics i would show you but def go with vinyl it would look 10x better. the only down side is that it can get swirl marks or scratches.
