How do you think the scion tC will be looked upon five years from now?-A clean ride? Just another car ie civic, rsx? A timeless ride that defined the attitude of mid 2000?

Considering Honda and GM are going to have cars much like
the tC, I figure the tC will blend in with everything else more...

 

i love mine, but let's hope it's not looked upon as the car of exploding glass roofs and cheap paint that chips easily. that will be up to scion.

 

Scion is holding its value like crazy. go to a dealership and see if they have ANY USED scions. check the price on a USED xA with 20k miles. the price was $2000 MORE than a brand new xA with 4 miles on it! because of the whole Pure pricing for the NEW cars. dealer has to TRY to make some off the trade in. so i see it being around and being STRONG down the road

the tc is starting to be liek a civic over here in sf cali, every 10 cars is a tc, i see at least 1 every 4 blocks.

 

kris i know whatcha mean, but get outside of SF and they become more rare.

 

yeah here in chicago, i see one, maybe 2 other tC's a week, max. i know its selfish, but i like not seeing a lot of them around. its nice to pull up somewhere and people are obviously checking out your car.

In 5 years the tC should be really unique because they will drop the model from the lineup. They are only doing a 5 year run on it, then coming out with a new model.

 

im with surfcity40 the paint does chip easy but the tc has taking the country by storm...everyone is buying them...but only a few are lucky to hook them up..lol...

 

well at least in NY people see my car and some people are still like WTF is that?!?!? oh its that scion... I want to take off my emblems

 

Come to Southern California, I think half of the tCs sold in the US are within a 50 mile radius of my place.

 

haha im kind of the same way... its cool and all to be in a "scene"

but i like being unique

although i know they are out there... i like being one of the only... especially when i get done fixing it up

 

i hope scion doesnt take its simple sleek design

and ____ it up like alot of companies are doing

there wont be any new model tC's om 5 years because scion is bringing in new models every 3 years or so... but deff in a few years when you can't get a new tC i think it will be a hott used car to buy!!!!
