Doesn't actually get rid of them, more so covers it.

yeah w e still looks better then a ugly hole in ur bumper
it still looks ugly IMO. best way is to just follow the law and leave ur front license plate on
or come to kansas where you never have to have a front license plate so there aren't any drilled out holes :P
That's one thing I like about GA. Virgin bumper ftw.
there is already a tread about this
been around for a while, i did this about 4 yrs ago on my first bumper.
just went and bough these gonna use touch up paint that i have to paint them hopefully ill do it on sunday night or monday im gunna be away this weekend
lol, not bad. better than having a hole
I just run an angled plate setup, got it at Autozone for $10 by Bell. I find having a plug sticking out is as bad or worse as the holes drilled in, which is why I put the plate on(after being hassled not running a front plate). It was either have the holes filled and get the bumper(or at least that section) repainted and relocate the plate or have the plate installed at the factory location. I just chose the latter.
i saw some one fill the hole with silicone then wipe off excess and use touch up paint. then bam its flush no "plug" look to it.
