that car with the splitter and wing combo, just makes the scion look 314613508x more aggressive. i love it. looks MEAN.
as far as people saying they dont like the wing, its silly that they make blanket statements like that. i imagine they are just like, oh wing. dont like it. they've seen one bad one and then all look bad.
it compliments the car nicely and its not over done, which is why most people dont like large spoilers/wings like that.
maybe in wrong on the whole wing thing. but it sits low, has some shape to it that flows at least a bit with the car. thats key if you are going to put one on. (in my opinion anyways.)

 

What's with the huge gap between the hood and grill? It looks like you left your hood open.

The whole package makes it 'correct'. Any one of those mods alone would be weird. But the way they all have a common look and feel it makes it look good. Nice job.

 

It is called working on the alignment. Got so excited about the parts didnt worry about the little stuff or negative comments people make sometime. No what I mean. We still have a lot of work to do to the car and it will take time. Only such much in a day.

I believe the gap in the kinda big gap on the hood is already stock like that. In other words, my car even has that gap. Probably a problem that toyota had with all their hoods?

 

The gap is there on stock, but I will say it needs to better and we willbe working on that.

 

Car looks good, the wing is not my taste but it is also not my car. I must say that your choice of wheels is one of the best I have seen for aftermarkets though, I have seen very few aftermarket wheels that I have liked so far... but you made a very good choice.

 

Like I said in our aim convo, Dig the front but the wing is horrid!!!

That's exactly the wing I was going with. So, I'm feeling everything you got going on there. It looks nice. I would change a few things if it was my car, but it's not. But, I do like the wing.

 

Very nice tC man. The splitter and wing go really well together and like some stated earlier, either of those 2 mods alone might look strange but together *thumbs up*.

What wheels are those and do they come in bronze/gold? What size? Are those rivets inside along wheel well? Very nice choice on wheels as well!

I know that I see things on a lot of people's cars here in this forum that I refrain from sounding outloud not to offend someone's personal taste. Usually they call this class or respect for someone's decision. I am sure that many will agree here that this board lacks a lot of that. Why is that people will take more time to post a negative comment than either post a positive one or dont waste your time to post all.

 

RockBlocker... thanks for your last post, it is not for any of us to bag on one another. Each person has their own taste and everyone else is entitled to their opinion, but there are ways of saying things that are not just flat out rude. I am sure our parents have told us at some point in our lives, if you don't have anything nice to say, then just don't say anything at all.

We are all like a little family here at Scion Life... though we don't know one another on a personal level, there should still be a certain level of civility and tact.

 

dude i dont care what anyone says the wing is SICK as hell.....and the hood is awesome but the one i am ordering is the rev.cowl induction....i just love that look....and i checked out aprperformance and deff getting the wing.....and the stickers are fine bro i have a few on my car
