Default Got my windows tinted!!!

35%/55% sides&back/front windshield. The front you can hardly tell it's tinted, and it's great for temps because it reflects the UV, Infrared, and the other parts of the non-visible spectrum that still transfer energy to the inside of the car.

Pics to follow!! Just wanted to say if you haven't gotten yours done I RECOMMEND IT!!! Looks SLICK!!!,,,

thanks all,,,, gg and gl

Yup, I definitely recommend it. My Dad owns a tint shop in Delaware and I know all the benefits from it. Just be careful, each state has their own legal limit on how dark you can go and cops CAN pull you over JUST FOR tint now (they only care about the driver and passenger windows tho, the back you can go as dark as you want). I had to get a tint waiver from my eye Dr. (after begging haha) and now cops can't touch me with my 4% (limo) tint.

Here's my 4%:

So dark I can flip off the passing donut lover's and they'll never know.

Factory 35% is good enough for me. I have a hard enough time seeing out the back window at night also through the front windows.

Hmm, lemme look through my pics. It's a beeyotch driving at night time tho unless you know exactly where you are going. lol I've had to roll the windows down to make sure I make a turn without hitting the curb many times. lol

EDIT: Just took these pics since it's nice and sunny out. You can't see through the car AT ALL... and I love it. Heh.

I'm use to it by now. lol I had already tinted the car with 22% at first and then once I got my waiver (bcz I got pulled over for just the 22%) I went and changed it to the 4%. If I'd of went from absolutely no tint to 4%, then there would of been a problem. lol But, I was already use to some tint while driving at night so it wasn't that bad.

Got 5% all around on my car. Rear, sides, and front stripe. Also I have the tails and side markers tinted 20%. I had the headlights tinted but it made my lights too dark for my taste.

@TCvirus do you have your heads tinted? It kinda looks like it in the pic.

If you are thinking legally, last time I checked, Texas is still 35% limit.

You can't really see the tint with the angle of your picture.

Oh ok, my friend lives down there and he said there wasn't a limit.

In either case they will be darker than they are now lol

I wouldn't risk it, unless you have an angel that guards you from the police like a friend of mine. I seem to get profiled, for one the car's basically blacked out minus the headlights and taillights, then next thing they spot is the coffee can of a muffler I have lol, wrong place wrong time is strike three and their lights go on.

haha, lucky you. I have 5% only in the back two windows but wish I could make my two front 5% also but I'm already getting pulled over a lot.

Yes, I have the parking lights and eye brows tinted, third brake light (it's an oznium dark/black smoked already tho), tails (but they are getting switched to the RS3's I just bought which I will NOT tint), and the side mirror turn signals are all tinted.
