Default Ground Effects Kit Ground Clearence

Does anyone know how much ground clearence there will be in the front when the Ground Effects Kit go on? In other words, how low does the car "drop" when the GEK front lip goes on?

Because I just recently put in my Hotchkis Springs (1.7", 1.9" drop), but it is not low enough (to me.) I wish I went with Tein S-Tech for a more aggressive drop, but I thought that would be too low.

i think the oem kit only adds an 1-1.5in around the bottom of the car. this means its not low enough to me. u should have gotten s-techs and a camber kit

i think the 1-1.5" added drop would be good enought for me. it would give me a total of around a 3" drop in the front. I am planning to buy just the front lip of the OEM body kit, but I need to find a place that would paint it.

You could just get one painted from McGeorge Parts and then install it yourself.

buy the lip from the dealer for like 180...and have it wrapped in c/f vinyl for 50...230 is not bad for a front lip

my question lets say i get the OEM bodykit, Lowering spring and brand, HC,TRD,TS and with 2 adults. Then how low will it be? I want the OEM kit and get some lowering spring but i'm affried of speed bumps, steap drive ways. What's a good clearnce for the ground to body, how many inches before u start mowing the street with your car?

This is my car w/ bodykit on s-techs. Im a big guy and often drive with my gf in the car. I have NO problems with speedbumps, train tracks, or anything else on a daily drive. The only problem is leaving a diveway with a BIG dip. Some care is needed not to scuff the front lip. Thats it. Hope it helps.

Really? I've been to their website before, but it's only primered. I didn't know they could painted it for you. How do I do that? Do I just ask them?

trdsparks.com has the full kits painted. They look great, but as **** as I am, I already have a scuff on the right side.
If it were lowered, I'd be in hell.

I know they will paint the full kit for you. It comes in all colors already, but I only want the front lip though. I don't want the rear bumper or the side skirts. But I don't know any places that will paint it for you when they ship it to you.
