Hey guys,
so right now i have the RS1 Lip Kit with a TRD drop. I am wanting to change it up a bit and go with the kaminari full body kit in the spring.

I was wondering how much of a height difference will I have from the lip kit to the body kit.
all opinions are welcome.

im pretty sure you'll appear lower because the kami kit is bigger.

yeahh, i was thinking the same.
but does anyone know how much lower the kami kit is compared to the RS1 lip kit?

The Kami is about an inch lower than the RS1. My friend's tC was lowered on S-techs when he had his Kaminari and I could barely slide my whole foot under his bumper.. TRD springs would be a much more convenient setup

good good. i am 5 or 6 inches above the ground right now.

i am looking to be about 3-4 inches off the ground with the kaminari kit. is this a reasonable estimate?

with my jp vizage lip kit i had i was about 2 1/2 inches off the ground and even then it wasnt too bad, i am lowered on ksport coilover's (for sale btw) and ended up raising the car because i was too low. but from my knowledge the jp vizage hangs lower than the kami, i say get it.

i was also thinking that the kami kit may look lower because it sticks out farther. does that make sense to anyone besides me?

He's about as tall as the Scion Key standing straight up. The car's lowered on S-techs and has 18"s. So the Kaminari would be squishing my buddy if he had the same setup.. Hope this helps!

On a slightly related note, i remember someone posting pics of his car with a RS1(?) front lip, side skirts off a lip kit, and a kaminari rear bumper.

It actually looked pretty good. Was just wondering if anyone has anymore pictures of a tc with kami rear mixed with another lip kit and also if they had to lower the car more in the front to make the car look balanced with the kami rear.

Heres a pic i kept of the setup, but just wanted to see more angles because from here, it looks really good!

thats my car with rs1 lip kaminari sides, stock rear.. Had the full kit but sold it cuz it fit like garbage!
