SO THe time has come, ive been gettin pulled over wayyyyyyyyyyy tooo much for my tints, 3 times in the last 2 weeks so ive decided im takin them off. i was gonna go lighther but ive come to the conclusion that im just gonna leave it alo0ne and keep it untinted, i figure thats just one less ticket i can get so i need some advice on the best way to take them off, i dont feel like paying to gt them off . lol i need the money to pay a ticket lol ......................so please adviseeeeeeeee

You will need a product with ammonia in it. Spray down the window, and get a razor blade. Peel the corner, and just work your way down the window continuing to spray the window and the back of the tint.

 

Just don't bother. I paid $10 for removal each time when I needed to take mine off. A pro can do it in about 5 minutes. You need to have the right product to spray on, and you need to be careful with that razor blade.

Wow. Major rip off. You are just talking about the driver side and passenger side windows, right? Three times I had mine removed and replaced and my guy just wanted ten bucks each time. Try to find a better place. In the end, I decided to go with a lighter shade to avoid the cops because I was in a similar position to you. I just ended up getting too many tickets.

Oh right. Why? I lightened up my front sides but I left the back dark. It helps with the heat and looks cool from behind.
