HID question
well i have searched and read alot of post, and ready the hid for noobs post. and learned alot from them. but i have one question that i need everyones opinion on. i want to pick up a set for my 06, basically im picking up a 9006 6k kit for low beam only. but my question is i have heard people telling me i dont need a relay harness and some have told me i do need one. im confused on what i do need. basically im wondering if im hooking up the 9006 6k with low beam only do i need a relay harness?. thanks in advance for answers.

yea thats exactly what i have been told by some if you are only doing low beam, i dont need one unless doing both high and low. so this actually helps. thanks alot for the answer will be ordering a set in a couple of weeks.

I would use a relay harness as a preventive measure.
I'd rather deal with a blown fuse than a fried stock harness.
The HID market is flooded with so many cheap no name kits so I'd be cautious even if a certain kit has no history of failures.

Keeping them running over long periods of time will not cause overheating to the stock harness.
