Default HID question, pics included

Sorry for blurry pictures.
So I installed and turned on the HIDs and they work fine, but I found this plug on the passenger side and couldn't find anything to plug it to, even though they work that can't just be an extra plug can it?

Also i lost the screw for

it fell when I was tryin to put it back in, it won't effect anything will it and does anybody know what size screw i need to replace it?

Any help would be appreciated...

Ok thanks guys, I'm gonna try and find the nut but..worse comes to worse I'll goto Lowes and buy a replacement, hopefully that loose nut doesn't get caught in something and destroy the car....
