i bought a CF oem lip spoiler from racing solutions about 2 weeks ago from today.. i have never bought from them before..can someone tell me if it is normal to wait this long or should i call or something..i already emaild them but they have not responded.! please help me out

ya but if you go to racing solutions website they dont give you a number, just an email address

 

Honestly, the "buyer / seller experiences" forum isn't being very kind to racingsolution.com right now.

 

I bought mine from them, probably took around a month but it came just fine.

 

i bought my greddy front strut bar from them. and i remember it did take a while to get it. to the point where i had to email them about where it was. :/

 

he's a very busy guy...... :?

Ordered on Wed. Recieved today (Monday) my contact to them was good I have sent 2 emails to "talk" to them and recieved replies the same day. Did you get an order number that you can track?

 

no i havnt recieved my tracking number and i have emaild them twice with no response so it is starting to frustrate me

 

i'm sure he has his reasons... like i said... he gets busy sometimes and sometimes he's out of town and unable to get to a computer or something.

he's a one man operation... he's gonna get overwhelmed.

When you ordered, did you place the order online at www.racingsolution.com? If so, you should have an order number...did you get that far with the order, and pay already for it too?
Ours went through and gave us an order number and an email came to us confirming the order almost immediately! Then we just had to wait until he could fill the order and he sent us another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking numbers like a day later.

 

When I order the big style CF lip spoiler, I PM him first to see if there was any in stock. Had a reply in minutes. Didn't even take a week to arrive at my house.

 

ya thats the thing i have the receipt number i just don't have a tracking number or maybe i do but i can't find it.. i have tried email but the last 2 times i have tried to send it..it has said there was an error and it won't send it..ah this is making me mad

We had no problem reaching him by email....so I don't know what the issue is now...just keep trying I guess?
