At work this old handicap guy pulled up and he had these awsome spinners.
Looked more like floaters when he drove they looked still.
YOu should buy them, they are sick!.
I took a couple pics while he was eating (I work at Dennys)

Wow, I just saw an Escalade today with Spinners. To further add to my annoyment, he was driving in the middle of two lanes, like he couldn't make up his mind.

When we pulled up to a stoplight, my eyes couldn't help but dart to the damn chrome spinning wheels.

Do they come as an option?

I do not think spinners are posh I think they contribute to accidents and I think a lot of things but people will go for the excitement today. Tomorrow they regret the stale novelty and the expense and the increased unsprung weight and the fact that unless spinners are very well made they will come apart sooner or later.

Here is a saner suggestion. Attach with hot glue on Monday afternoon and then pop em off Tuesday morning and, luv, you'll get over this phase cheap and quick.

cheerio.

Me and my lads know places where if you park a car with spinners they will be upgraded to rectangular rims for free. Is this thought a threat or a caution? Depends on where you park at night. Never on Blackboys' lane in Bristol please. I consider it a public service because pinched spinners do not go back on the market. My lads see they go for scrap melt.

I am searching for decals to have on my car. I already found some sites selling them, but I wonder if you scion lovers would provide more options. Thanks a lot.
Save the couple grand it would take to get a decent pair of spinning rims and go to wal-mart and get some hubs...much cheeper, and just as ___...

next, get an aluminum wing that's 2 feet tall and bolt it on...

and while you're at it...put stickers EVERYWHERE...

if you put enough stickers on, with that wing, and spinning hubs...you should be running 12's...easy...

There are probably some targets ..... er people out there that would key it or something of that nature.... but they will probably find some other reason to mess with it anyway. A-holes will be a-holes until they get beat down for it I guess.

As far as spinners... I personally cant stand them on anything, but dont go by our judgement. It is your car so make it the way you like it. That is how it should be. Now, to a reliability related item... they are heavy and the bearings have been known to burn up if trash gets into them. When they do they usually become off-centered and create the worse out of balance wheel known to man... imagine what can happen to the wheel bearing and axle at 70 mph if that happens So if you do it.... buy a VERY good set (which equates to VERY expensive).

If you go with a nice set of spinners and decals, the place you are buying them from might throw in a plywood wing, cardboard box ram air, and a coffee can for the exhaust for free. That would make your car look totally sweet. Be sure to post pics once you are done with your "project".

For the love of god... spinners? Um, no, this is definitely not a good idea. Spinners have to be the worst wheels manufactured on the planet... I feel sorry for your little tC, it will be a very sad day if that actually comes to pass.

If you want decent decals, go to DecalFX.com. But for God's sake, don't put some stinky spinners on your car.
