Ideas for small graphics??
well.. i have an IIP with under the hood stuff and exhaust, however there's another guy that decided to get a tc around here and he got an IIp also. Yes it bothers me a little lol. ne wayz... im trying to find some small graphics or something i can do to the exterior so that you can tell my car apart. i was thinking maybe a silverish stripe across the bottom of the side skirts. any other ideas or opinions? any photoshopped images welcomed!!
I would put some stickers on your back port-hole type window of what mod's you've done to your car.
although stickers showing off what you have under the hood increases the chance of car theft by a big margin....
but PLEASE don't start pinstriping your TC in any way, I haven't seen one type that looks good, and I've played around with a lot of photoshops and seen a couple actual shots and still didn't like it....
you should go with something like a carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber hatch w/integrated wing and paint your brake calipers. lower the car, and go blow some huge cash on some rims - or a combination of any of those, and get tint if you don't already have it

carbon fiber hood sounds like the best bet, or possibly the stock spoiler or lip. Maybe upgrade your rims? Dont do anything extra to the paintjob. Brake caliper paint looks nice also. A nice tint could work too.
i wanted to paint the calipers but cant find any blue paint thats dark enough to match the car and i dont want to put red either. as far as the rims go.......... i dont wanna spend that much on them cuz i think the factory ones are decent enough. also, i think id get some new tires before some rims. ne wayz thanks for opinions
Whatever you do, it should be SUBTLE. I know that's an alien concept to most of the people on this site, but subtle looks the best. Personally, I hate when people list their mods on the window or side of the car. You might as well write the length of your *censored* on there as well.
A friend of mine who happens to be a graffiti artist is designing a "Scion" graphic for me, it'll be small, around 8" x 3" (the size of a ScionLife sticker) and I'm placing it on the car in a very subtle way. If you have any artist friends, you might want to look into something custom like that.

Not all tC's look good with CF, keep that in mind.
A pinstripe option can look great if designed right.
The tC has a sculpt from headlight to tailight that already gives it a "highlight" stripe.
It sounds as if you are looking to set your tC apart from the regular (see CF Hood/Trunk) crowd.
Lower, add wheels and good sticky rubber, consider the new lip kits coming out, no tail/spoiler, tint, leather interior possibly, change your grills and if you go for graphics, choose something that is YOU. If you paint, remember it's like a tatoo for your car.
Good luck and I'll look foward to what you end up with.

whatever it is, make sure it reflects you, your own style and taste, and your own life style...
it can be anything from a college/sports team/band/club/group sticker... to overlays (I think this is a good idea)... tint... what you put in your car also reflects who you are...
shoot the only thing I've really done to personalize my car is keep a cross on my dash and a wooden hand rosary at the e-brake... need to save up for tint and suspension... other than that I keep my car clean... clutter
(performance parts are very tempting... but I have an auto and this car's just a daily driver, keep it clean and comfortable is my philosophy)
A couple of things: is yours auto/manual and is his car the opposite? Do you guys have any differing exterior mods? Personally I wouldn't mind if I had an auto and another guy had a manual... and I had performance upgrades... no one needs to know the two cars are different, just you
