After hearing the crooked screw problem you had I now suggest before you put bumper plugs in. Take a screw driver and shove it in the hole to make sure the hole goes strait in and not sideways. If you just push the plug in and it accidentally goes side ways you might ruin the plug or scratch then bumper.

2.5 months later and still no key hole covers. I've given up hope that I'll ever get them and at this point I don't even want them anymore. I never got a message telling me when you resent them and I never got a confirmation or any sort of tracking number. I would like a prompt refund. I don't want to talk about it on AIM. I would simply like my money back. If you could let me know when you have made that happen I would appreciate it.

Actually what you said was that they would go out the beginning of last week, not the end. We spoke on the 3rd of this month; a Friday. You told me they would go out that following Monday or Tuesday which would have been LAST WEEK. You haven't contacted me since with the info you said you would. I would prefer my money back. I can still file a complaint with paypal. I would suggest you refund my money before I take further action.

Well if you want to be that way about it...when you first shipped them to me...or said you did anyway, you never offered insurance. And $10 is that much money, and I'm not even worried about it. But I paid for a product from you and never received it. I shouldn't have to pay for something I never received. And I won't accept a check. Based on the current method of shipment, how do I know I'll ever get a check. I payed you with paypal and it isn't that hard to refund the money that way. If this doesn't work for you then I will file a complaint with paypal, plain and simple and get my money back that way.
