This is getting a little ridiculous.
You said you shipped it on the 14th. I have taken the Holidays into consideration, but still. I mailed out a DVD media mail to South Bend, IL and it got there like 3 days later right around when you supposedly mailed out my item.
Come tomorrow the item will be in transit for 16 days. Ridiculous.

I just need to make a statement here.
To everybody who hasn't received their packages and also did not pay the +1.00 - 2.00 for a tracking and or insurance I will be nice and resend their packages (Christmas spirit has me by the throat ever year!) even though I state before every sale I cant do anything if you guys dont get insurance, but most people dont pay the + 1 - 2$ and still end up contacting me for never receiving their packages. From now on all orders that dont get tracking or insurance simply cant be held as my fault after the package is sent out. If orders are made with out tracking or insurance then the customer will be taking the risk of having their packages being neglected by the post office. If insurance and or tracking is gotten then I will take responsibility along side with the post office if something were to happen to the package.

come on people how hard is it to spend an extra $1-$2 just to insure that your product is going to get to your house safely? can't blame delta for this stuff once he ships it its out of his hands...if you didn't pay for insurance well tough luck to you..if you did then you're smart......or you can reek havoc at the post office LOL haha either way you're to blame for not insuring the item ^^ props to you delta
